Actor Joo Ji Hoon might add a new Kdrama title under his belt following his 2021 series, Jirisan.
In 2022, Joo Ji Hoon became part of two films: Hunt and Gentleman. He has not appeared in a series following his role in Jirisan.
This year, the Princess Hours actor might show more of his acting skills in a new medical Kdrama series.

Joo Ji Hoon In Talks To Star in Severe Trauma Center: Golden Hour
Newsen reported on Jan. 3 that actor Joo Ji Hoon started his talks to be part of the Kdrama Severe Trauma Center: Golden Hour. Industry representatives revealed the development to the news outlet.
Following the emergence of the report, a representative from his agency, H& Entertainment, said that Joo Ji Hoon is reviewing the offer. It is reportedly one of the projects he has received an offer from so far.

Severe Trauma Center: Golden Hour explores the life of an otolaryngologist and YouTuber. Based on Lee Nak Joon (Hansanleega)’s web novel, it tells the story of Doctor Baek Kang Hyuk’s life as he becomes the head of the severe trauma center at a university hospital. He is also a newly-appointed professor.
If Joo Ji Hoon accepts the role, he will play the genius doctor’s role.
It will mark his new medical Kdrama in nearly a decade after starring in the 2013 Medical Top Team.
Joo Ji Hoon To Star in New Variety Show
Apart from new dramas and movies, Joo Ji Hoon will also star in a new TVING variety show.
The network’s previously announced project, Ticketing With Two Feet, released a new poster featuring the actor, Ha Jung Woo, SHINee’s Minho, and Yeo Jin Go. The four stars go on vacation and show different places to the young individuals who have not traveled a lot yet because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
They will travel to New Zealand to complete the missions and earn vacation tickets they can give to youth.
The show will premiere on Jan. 20.
