The JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and what better way to celebrate than to bring back all the awesome protagonists in the long-running series? The poster and video for the franchise's anniversary projects unite the Joestars from the past seasons!
The new key visual and video were shared by the official website for the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime's 10th anniversary. The video highlights the protagonists Jonathan Joestar, Joseph Joestar, Jotaro Kujo, Josuke Higashikata, Giorno Giovanna, and Jolyne Cujoh. It also shows a glimpse at past seasons Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable, and Golden Wind before focusing on the current season Stone Ocean.
It's an awesome way to reminisce all the story arcs that have been featured in the anime and it's also great to see all the Joestars together. The poster also promises awesome projects are being prepared for the animation's 10th anniversary.
The JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime first debuted in 2012 with the first cour following Jonathan Joestar's fight against Dio Brando and the second cour introducing Jonathan's grandson Joseph Joestar as he teams up with Caesar Zeppeli in the battle against the Pillar Men. The Stand abilities were introduced in Stardust Crusaders with Joseph returning to aid his grandson Jotaro Kujo on a mission to defeat Dio. Joseph and Jotaro team up with Joseph's son Josuke Higashikata in Diamond is Unbreakable while Giorno Giovanna sets off on his own mission in Golden Wind.
The current season JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean premiered on Netflix last December, dropping the first 12 episodes. Jolyne Cujoh's story is expected to continue with Episodes 13 to 24, which will be released on the streaming service in Fall 2023.
