John Boyega Tells Toxic Star Wars Fans to “Fack Off”

It looks like John Boyega is sick of all of Star Wars toxic fanboys.

Taking to Twitter, The Rise of Skywalker star publicly called out toxic fans, asking them to give him a break from all the unnecessary attacks on social media.

According to the Star Wars Stormtrooper-Turned-Resistance-Fighter, rabid fanboys have been making their way into his mentions on the social media site despite the fact that he doesn't "f*** with you no more."

"Toxic Star Wars fans still find their way to my mentions," Boyega posted on Friday night, August 21, "Lord. Must I be blunt? I don't f*** with you no more."

Posting a second time on Twitter, the actor went on to say that "Lord waited so long to tell the toxic fans to fack off."

We're not quite sure what exactly the toxic Star Wars fans have been doing to Boyega for him to call them out publicly on social media, however, we do know that as passionate as Star Wars fans are, there is a dark side to the fanbase.

Star Wars fans can have very strong and sharp opinions at times, and when they don't like a movie or a character, some feel entitled enough to attack a Star Wars movie's cast and crew online.

It seems like Boyega has gotten tired of this bullying, because he's taken to social media with a particularly strong stance against "toxic fans." Of course, Boyega isn't the only victim of aggressive Star Wars fans – actress Kelly Marie Tran left social media after she was repeatedly attacked by rabid fanboys for playing Rose Tico in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is available for streaming on Disney+.
