John Boyega is Looking Buffed Up for Star Wars Episode IX

We have just recently gotten an image of what looks to be John Boyega's hair for Star Wars Episode IX, but what we haven't gotten a good look of is how beefed up his body got for the role. Episode IX starts filming today, and this is a photo of Boyega in the gym (via @sleemo on Twitter):

Boyega also shared this video of himself training, but I can't seem to find it on Instagram:

Though the timeline between The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi was rather short, it looks like there will be a significant time jump in Episode IX. After all, we need time for the new Resistance to grow after the First Order basically numbered them down to a handful of people. Plus, it would be interesting to see how the galaxy fares with Kylo Ren as the Supreme Leader.

Going back to Finn, I really hope he gets a satisfying end to his arc in Episode IX. From a defecting stormtrooper to a hero of the Resistance, he's really grown into a character that everyone in the fanbase has come to love.
