'J.J. Abrams' is Kylo Ren in This 'Star Wars: The Force of Abrams' Parody

Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Director J.J. Abrams got his very own parody. Created by the guys at Above Average, the comical video features Abrams as Kylo Ren, continuing the work of George Lucas (as Darth Vader) with his work in Star Wars. It explores the idea of Abrams having a movie about his proclivity for reviving well-known sci-fi franchises.

It begins with an actor playing “Abrams” saying “I’m J.J. Abrams... I was raised to do one thing: fix movie franchises.”

Check out the hilarious video below:

While the video has several references including Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Indiana Jones, my favorite would be the stab at The Hobbit.Abrams’ tearing apart a Hobbitposter speaks for most people who think that one Hobbitfilm is enough.

J.J. Abrams is also the executive producer for Star Wars: Episode VIII, which will begin filming in Croatia in March and is slated for release on December 15, 2017.
