Jimmy Kimmel Will Voice Batman in Teen Titans Go! To The Movies

Teen Titans Go! To The Movies actually looks pretty promising and could be the kind of palette cleanser that fans need after Avengers: Infinity War. Poking fun at superhero movies and maybe even superheroes in general, the most recent trailer was great for those very reasons. As if that wasn't enough, we now have an Academy Awards host voicing Batman.

On Twitter, Jimmy Kimmel confirmed that he would be voicing the Dark Knight for the Teen Titans Go movie. Kimmel made the announcement whilst also taking a shot at Will Arnett's version of the character from Lego Batman. Funnily enough, Arnett will be voicing Deadpool - ermm - Deathstroke, the villain of the film.

It's worth noting that Batman has appeared a few times as a background character in the series but almost never speaks. Having him interact with this version of Robin and Nicolas Cage's Superman should be a lot of fun. At the least, it should be better than Batman V Superman and Justice League.

Will this movie be a masterpiece? Probably not but it does look like a fun time, especially for DC fans. Where else can you see the Atom getting hit by a car and getting wiped out of the front window like a bug?

Teen Titans Go! To The Movies hits theaters on July 27.
