No, Jerry Wilder May Not Be Bloody Ben
It has come to fans' attention that actor Jerry Wilder may just be the Bloody Ben debut they've been hoping to see in House of the Dragon. But before getting into that, here's a little summary of his career before joining the Game of Thrones spinoff.
Wilder is a British actor best known for appearing as a supporting cast member in 2024's Midas Man as a Beatles Fan.
According to his short biography, he previously managed a small furniture restoration business after leaving high school before pursuing his lifelong dream to act in the industry.
He has previously starred in two short films, Filmlab productions' After Hours playing the role of David, and Pale Sunset where he was Jack.
Recently, he has been credited as a 'Blackwood Lad' set to appear in House of the Dragon season 2 episode 3, and soon, in an undisclosed role for Andor season 2, which is slated to premiere sometime in 2025.
Because of his credited name as a 'Blackwood Lad', or one of them, at least, fans surmised he may be soon unveiled to be Benjicot 'Bloody Ben' Blackwood.

Is Bloody Ben Blackwood in House of the Dragon S2?
Fans are still expecting a couple of characters from George R.R. Martin's book series to appear in House of the Dragon and one of them happens to be Benjicot 'Bloody Ben' Blackwood, who was speculated to have appeared in season 2 episode 2 titled Rhaenyra the Cruel.
Fans couldn't pin who this guy was, but he was the spitting image of how Bloody Ben would look on-screen. At one point, they had mistaken that the alleged Bloody Ben in the picture was being played by the actor Jerry Wilder.
Unfortunately, the man in the picture is not yet confirmed to be Bloody Ben, nor is Jerry Wilder seemingly playing the role. One fan observed that Wilder's role appears to be stopping the fight between the alleged Bloody Ben and whoever they were speaking with.
Plain and simple — Bloody Ben has yet to make his official debut in House of the Dragon.
Another fan surmised that the alleged Bloody Ben actor may simply be introducing him and his lads as a group first before he gets to take his spotlight soon.
