Wednesday is known for her dark humor and being obsessed with everything about death and gore. Now, did you know Ortega also loves gory things, too?
In an interview with Wired, the star revealed she used to perform “autopsies” on little animals when she was a kid.
“I’m a weirdo in, like, (I) used to perform autopsies on little animals when I was younger,” she said. “Like little lizards that I found that were dead in my backyard.”
However, she didn’t detail how she did the task when she was young, but fans probably had an idea.

Elsewhere, in her appearance on Today, Ortega also discussed how she played the iconic role of Wednesday.
“She incredible. I feel like her humor is so underrated,” she stated.
She also revealed what it was like working with an A-list star like Catherine Zeta-Jones as her mom on Wednesday.
“People don’t understand, we were on set and they were some of my favorite scenes that we shot just because she was so open to improvising and have fun and try new things,” she continued. “She just has great instincts.”
