Jason Momoa: Justice League's Snyder Cut is 'Better Than What We Got'

It's one thing to hear a fan complain about Justice League online, but entirely different when it's one of the stars who thinks the movie could have been done better. Aquaman actor Jason Momoa was said to have told a fan that he thought Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League was better than what was released.

When Joss Whedon stepped in to direct Justice League, it was said that he had cut a significant portion of the film—particularly huge chunks of Aquaman and his story. Willem Dafoe's Vulko was also set to be introduced, but they decided to leave him out for the Aquaman standalone coming out later this year.

So far, there have been clashing reports on the existence/non-existence of the Snyder Cut, but some fans are holding out that Warner Bros will eventually cave in and give us that version of the film. After all, Batman v Superman was considered ‘fixed' after the Ultimate Extended Edition was released on home video. The same couldn't be said about Suicide Squad, however.

After a long hiatus, DC is looking for a comeback by the end of the year. Catch Aquaman when it hits theaters Dec. 21.
