She revealed that an accident pushed her to focus and take care of her body.

As noted by a media outlet, Jang Eun Sil recalled that the incident took a different turn and had impacted her health.

Interestingly, she made sure to overcome from her slump and improve her physical strength through exercise.

Jang Eun Sil’s workout routine includes powerlifting, pilates, and running,

“Even when I’m physically exhausted, I feel an adrenaline rush while powerlifting,” she said, adding that lifting and working out helps her achieve confidence and boost her mental health.

“Every time I lift weights, I gain confidence in myself and become stronger mentally” she furthered.
