Jack Black is a Hollywood funny guy, but besides acting and playing with his band Tenacious D, no one ever really thought that he was into video games. Interestingly enough, Black has just released this new video announcing his own Youtube channel, Jablinski games.
The channel is said to be about "games, food, and life" and will be run by Black's son Sam who is 12 years old.
At best, it just looks to be a pet project of Sam and his father just tagged along for the ride. Black did have this to say about his involvement, "I just want to clarify that there is no production behind this… This is all my son. He's holding me hostage and I can't be Tracer. Help..."
With Black's son directing, shooting, and editing, I can imagine that Black wants to show his support as a father by simply being in the show. Black is a beloved actor by millions, and his involvement is sure to be a big boost for this channel. Personally, I don't see where it will go, but I'm always up to see what kind of hijinks Black is up to.
If anything, this is just like when Terry Crews researched on how to build a PC in order to get closer to his son. It was pretty heartwarming to watch, and it's just cool to see parents try hard and catch their kids' interests as well.
Hopefully, we'll see more of Jablinski Games in the future.
