It's Official! John Wick's Game Debuts In October

Following the success of the John Wick movies, Keanu Reeves has been sought after numerous roles left and right. Reeves has also signed for the fourth installment of The Matrix franchise and just recently wrapped filming for Bill & Ted Face the Music.

The love for Reeves and the movies he previously participated in has always been on the high. And that admiration is going to boost much more with the release of the John Wick video game.

The official John Wick game is titled John Wick Hex. It was developed by Bithell games and they recently just made an announcement on the release date for the highly-anticipated game.

John Wick Hex is an action strategy game based on the widely popular movie franchise. Fans can finally rejoice as it is available to purchase and play on PC and MAC on October 8.

The game is said to have "elegantly choreographed" action set pieces, as well as effectively translating the action from the screen into an interactive game. The actions to be used should respond to the enemy's. Henceforth, players are able to preview their pre-planned moves and see what the damage results in order to defeat the enemy.

While this movie is widely popularised because of Keanu Reeves, there are no reports with regards to reprising his role in this game yet. This is probably due to Reeve's busy schedule, as he will be appearing in Cyberpunk 2077. Fans should not worry though, since Ian McShane and Lance Reddick will be returning with Troy Baker as the villain for the game.

It would be awesome to see Reeves reprise his role in the game. But it is understandable with his tight schedule. I wouldn't fret though since a lot of characters will be returning to the game. Making it as close to the franchise as possible.

John Wick Hex will be an Epic Games store exclusive and is available to download on October 8.
