Netflix has decided to continue its streak of adapting best-selling novels into a film or series. The latest novel that is getting adapted into a series is The Snow Girl, which was written by Javier Castilo's La Chica de Nieve.
Published by Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, La Chica de Nieve is one of the most popular novels in Spain. It has sold more than a million copies of the book, which is no surprise why it's getting adapted into a movie.

What Is The Snow Girl Story About?
The Snow Girl follows the story of a journalist internee named Miren (played by Milena Smit) who is looking into the disappearance of a little girl named Amaya Martin after The Three Wise Men parade.
After months of trying to look for the girl, many have started to lose hope in ever finding Amaya. But Miren is determined to continue looking for her using the clues that Amaya left behind. She works with her colleague, Eduardo (played by Jose Coronado), in the hopes of reuniting the girl with her family.
