Former 4MINUTE member Jihyun shared “wedding photos” of her on her Instagram.

Jihyun shocked fans with her recent Instagram update as the photoset featured the idol-turned-actress seemingly posing for her wedding photos. After her followers created buzz out of it, the idol set the record straight in another social media post.

Is Former 4MINUTE Member Jihyun Already Married?

Jihyun shared several photos of her on Instagram Tuesday, showing her unmatched beauty while having a wedding photoshoot in a studio.

The Hate hitmaker was wearing a white dress as she posed with a mysterious groom.

She captioned the post with, “The sample photos I took at a wedding studio before. Time flies so quickly. They really did a good job with the photos.”

After the photos went viral, she posted another message to clarify whether or not she had just announced her engagement or upcoming wedding. Per Jihyun, the buzz was a misunderstanding as she is not yet engaged or going to get married. The idol added that she just posted the photos as she found them really pretty.

Jihyun debuted as a member of 4MINUTE in 2009. A year later, she made her acting debut in the TV series, It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl. Although the girl group released hit songs, it eventually disbanded and caused the members to pursue different careers.

As for Jihyun, she has already starred in several series in the past years since the end of 4MINUTE’s era. Among the shows she appeared in included Strongest Deliveryman, Grand Prince, Monkey and Dog Romance, When the Devil Calls Your Name, Love is Annoying But I Hate Being Lonely and Why Her.

Jihyun Struggled After 4MINUTE’s Disbandment

Although Jihyun’s career as an actress is already flourishing, she once told @star1 Magazine (via Herald Pop) that she struggled after her girl group broke up.

According to the actress, she was afraid to meet people for several months. She also revealed not leaving the house after 4MINUTE’s disbandment.

“The thought that seven years had vanished in a single moment made me feel empty, but I pulled myself together by thinking, ‘I’m a 4Minute member and Ji Hyun,’” she said.

As she grew older, Jihyun pushed herself to become a better person as she aimed to be more mature in her personal and professional lives.
