Is Demon Slayer Season 2 Part of Crunchyroll Fall 2021 Lineup?

There is little doubt that fans are already expecting Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 to premiere next month. But why is the anime not listed in Crunchyroll's Fall 2021 lineup? Will the second season be announced as part of the lineup later this week?

Crunchyroll has just unveiled its Fall 2021 lineup which includes major titles like Blade Runner: Black Lotus, SAKUGAN, Platinum End, and Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon – The Second Act Season 2. Although the listing features a lot of exciting shows, fans were also concerned why Demon Slayer Season 2 was not included.

So does this mean the second season of Demon Slayer will not be available on Crunchyroll? This might not be the case considering that the streaming platform teased one more major title that has yet to be announced. There are speculations that the mystery anime is Demon Slayer Season 2.

But why hasn't Demon Slayer Season 2 been announced in the Fall 2021 lineup? There is a possibility that Crunchyroll is holding out on the announcement until Ufotable makes everything official later this week.

It was previously reported that there will be a special announcement after the TV premiere of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie - Mugen Train on Fuji TV. People strongly believe that the update is actually the Demon Slayer Season 2 release date along with a full-length trailer.

For now, the Demon Slayer Season 2 release date and trailer have not yet been announced. Hopefully, we'll get an update after Mugen Train's TV premiere on September 25, 2021. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
