It looks like we'll be seeing more of Inuyasha and Sesshomaru's daughters. The Inuyasha spin-off anime Yashashime: Princess Half-Demon has just been confirmed for a second season.

The announcement of Yashashime: Princess Half-Demon Season 2 comes shortly after the release of the final episode of the first season.

The second season, which will be simply titled Part II (Ni no Shō) of Yashashime: Princess Half-Demon (Han'yō no Yashahime) was announced through a teaser visual showing Sesshomaru and Rin's daughter Towa Higurashi. Check it out below.

In the final episode of Yashashime: Princess Half-Demon, Towa and Setsuna faced off against Lord Kirinmaru. Although Setsuna manages to wound Kirinmaru, he ultimately breaks the Kanemitsu no Tomoe and fatally wounds her. Despite the loss, Sesshomaru passes down his sword to Towa. This could mean that the second season will focus primarily on Towa's journey.

For now, the premise of Yashashime: Princess Half-DemonSeason 2 is still a mystery. However, there is little doubt that Towa will be using the Tenseiga her father has passed on to her. Hopefully, she will also team up with Inuyasha's daughter Moroha in the second season.

Yashashime: Princess Half-Demon Part II has not yet been given an official release date. Nevertheless, the second season is expected to be available on Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Hulu via Viz Media soon. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
