Iain Armitage on His Young Sheldon Fame
Young Sheldon is now on its sixth season and has already dropped its 100th episode in March.
As this is a great milestone for the show and its lead star himself, what can he say about it?
Iain Armitage admitted it felt surreal to reach that far, thinking a lot of time had already passed. Despite that, he still felt like they had just started the show.
He told Entertainment Tonight,
“On 100th episode day, there's some pictures of me just with the stupidest face. I’m just like, 'Haha, what? One hundred!' It’s crazy because it feels like we've only done one episode and at the same time it feels like we’ve done a thousand. I love it so much and I cannot wait to make more television and I can’t wait to work [with] these awesome people more and hanging out.”
By the looks of it, fans are about to see more of the young Sheldon as CBS has renewed the series up to Season 7, Screen Rant noted.
This just proves the show has become extremely popular and there may be more seasons coming to feature the life of Sheldon as he grows up.
Young Sheldon Season 6 is set to be out in September.
