Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin prove that two different things — or people — harmonize.
In March, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin finally got married after working together in the drama Crash Landing On You. They eventually announced that they are pregnant with their first child.
While things between them have been happening smoothly, the director of the movie the actor is working on shared that the couple is actually different.
Why Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin Are Different
Ahead of the premiere of the Confidential Assignment installment, Confidential Assignment 2: International, on September 7, its director, Lee Seok Hoon, met the press to talk about the movie. He also shared never-before-known details about its main cast member and his personal life.
Director Lee Seok Hoon started by recalling the time he met and cast Hyun Bin and Yoo Hae Jin for his second film. He also worked with Son Ye Jin in the hit franchise, The Pirates.

According to the filmmaker, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin look like a couple of the century, as quoted by SBS News. He added that knowing their personalities made it easier for him to determine that they would make a great couple.
He detailed:
"It may not look like it, but actually, Son Ye-jin has a much more easy-going and cool personality than Hyun Bin. Hyun Bin is very detailed and caring. That's what makes them a better match. I did meet Son Ye-jin at their wedding. I wondered what she said about me to Hyun Bin before he began working with me for 'Confidential Assignment 2: International', but I didn't ask him about it."
The couple's agencies confirmed their relationship after Dispatch revealed that they had been dating for eight months.
Director Lee Seok Hoon Compares Hyun Bin to Co-Star Yoo Hae Jin
Aside from Son Ye Jin, the director also differentiated Hyun Bin and Yoo Hae Jin's acting styles.
He described Hyun Bin's skills as detail-oriented. The actor is also reportedly a kind person who plans things in advance.
Meanwhile, Yoo Hae Jin's acting skills have a wider frame, allowing him to act freely.
Despite that, the director witnessed how the two stars worked perfectly together.
