Meet Beelzebub: The Prince of the Demons in Sand Land
Beelzebub is the main character in Akira Toriyama's one-shot manga Sand Land, which was released in 2000.
He is the Prince of the Underworld, the son of King Lucifer, who watches over the demon kingdom in the desolate wasteland.
In the story, Beelzebub has a habit of raiding human water shipments to help his fellow demons and other humans in need.
He may be a demon who commits many mischievous acts, but he is a good demon.
When he’s out raiding water transports, he doesn’t steal more water than his fellow demons need, and he has never killed, even though he could destroy humans if he wanted to.
He’s the nicest little guy Rao has met in his lifetime, despite being a demon.
Like any ordinary human kid, Beelzebub is also into playing video games. In fact, a huge part of the reason he agreed to join Rao in his mission was the game consoles the sheriff brought with him.
He’s also fascinated by driving Rao’s jeep and all kinds of vehicles, including military tanks.

How Strong Is Beelzebub in Sand Land? Powers and Abilities Explained
Beelzebub, as the Prince of Demons, is expected to be extremely powerful.
Thief believes Beelzebub is the most dangerous demon in the wasteland, and he should not be underestimated based only on his height.
He is capable of lifting a tank weighing 1,562 kilograms with the help of Thief, but he can also lift a big guy effortlessly, as demonstrated when he was fighting the Swimmers.
He also has the power of telepathy, and he’s good at reading someone’s heart.
In addition, he can run fast enough to create a dust cloud, reaching speeds of 100 mph, as shown when he was chasing one of the Swimmers in the desert.
When he is pushed into a corner, his full strength activates, allowing him to destroy those nearby with just one yell.
Still, he needs time to regain his strength, which he can easily achieve by absorbing the power of the dark.
