The famous actress stars in the show as Kate Wyler, a US diplomat who finds herself in the middle of an international crisis. She stars with Rufus Sewell, who plays her husband, Hal.

How Many The Diplomat Episodes Will There Be?
Having been released on Netflix on April 20, 2023, all episodes of The Diplomat are now available to stream on the platform. There are a total of eight episodes available, each with an average runtime of 50 minutes.
This isn't similar to other Netflix shows, which normally have 10 episodes.
Will The Diplomat Be a Limited Series?
For those who have finished watching the show in one day, there is good news waiting! The Diplomat was not intended to be a limited series. This means that the show's storyline gives room for the story to be expanded on in future seasons.
At this point, however, Netflix has not yet renewed the show for a second season. But if anything, Keri Russell's magic should work on The Diplomat too.
If there are enough viewers, the show will likely get picked up and be renewed shortly.
