While Yuji isn’t the only one to use Black Flash in the series, he is probably the most prolific user of it in the series. Interestingly, his use of it happened mostly in the earlier part of the series.
This makes sense considering that the move isn’t as straightforward as a simple punch.

How Does Black Flash Work in Jujutsu Kaisen?
Yuji Itadori is one of the most powerful fighters in Jujutsu Kaisen, an impressive feat considering he doesn’t have flashy abilities like Megumi Fushiguro’s Ten Shadows or Yuta Okkotsu’s Cursed Spirit Rika.
Instead, Yuji is an unnaturally strong hand-to-hand combatant who is incredibly tough to take down. Given his brawler style, Black Flash is perhaps the perfect move for him.
Yuji learned Black Flash during the Goodwill Event, and Aoi Todo helped him learn it. How it works is that the user must make their cursed energy flow properly and time it with physical attacks.
It may seem like a straightforward ability, but Black Flash can’t be used at will. In fact, Satoru Gojo claims even he can’t do it whenever he pleases.
On the flip side, it’s not based on luck either. Instead, Black Flash can only be used at certain times when a jujutsu sorcerer enters extreme focus.

How Many Black Flashes Did Yuji Itadori Do So Far?
Given how difficult it is to pull off, Black Flash can only be used sparingly, with sorcerers typically only being able to use it a limited number of times in succession.
As of the latest story developments, Yuji’s official record of consecutive Black Flashes is four, though some fans think he was able to land five or even six during the fight against Hanami.
Then, Yuji used this alongside Nobara Kugisaki in the fight against Eso and Kechizu. Finally, Yuji was also able to land hits against Mahito with Black Flash. Since then, Yuji has not used the ability.
This means Yuji has only used the move in three fights.

Who Else Can Use Black Flash?
Aside from Yuji, lots of other sorcerers have used Black Flash in the series. In the Jujutsu Kaisen anime, Nobara Kugisaki, Aoi Todo, and Mahito used them in battles.
In the manga, Satoru Gojo and Sukuna have also used the move, specifically against each other in their massive fight.
