Over the weekend, Wizards of the Coast gave fans a special preview for their next Magic: The Gathering set, Hour of Devastation, which revealed new mechanics like Eternalize and Afflict, and of course, the Masterpiece series of Invocations. Modern staple cards such as Blood Moon, Thoughtseize, and Through the Breach get their own Invocations. All of Hour of Devastation's Invocation cards seem to fit well with the main apocalyptic theme of the set. Check them out:
