If you've been following the Magic: The Gathering card prices for the new Throne of Eldraine set lately, you'd notice that some of the exclusive cards from the four Throne of Eldraine pre-constructed Brawl decks have some huge price spikes, and the demand for the Brawl decks went up, and that's because several distributors have begun telling stores that they'll receive only a fraction of their pre-order amounts due to an under-printing of the Brawl decks by Wizards of the Coast.
The high demand for the Brawl decks is high because there are exclusive cards that are playable in the Commander format, such as the common Artifact card called "Arcane Signet". It's an awesome two-drop mana rock that taps to add any color of mana of your commander's identity.
"Arcane Signet" spiked up to around $30 USD last week but dropped to around $24 at the time of this writing.
The exclusive commander cards from the Throne of Eldraine Brawl decks are also fetching a high price. Cards like "Chulane, Teller of Tales" is also selling for around $24 on eBay and other MTG online stores, and each Brawl deck is selling for around $55 but I found some deals on eBay where you can get a set of four for only $164.

Throne of Eldraine, the 82nd Magic expansion, is set to release on October 4. It's now available on Magic Arena.
The Brawl decks will be shipped out around October 4 to 7.
