Star Wars fans are rejoicing over the triumphant comeback of Din Djarin aka The Mandalorian in Episode 5 of The Book of Boba Fett which pretty much served not only as another episode of the hit Disney+ spinoff series but a prelude for its upcoming third season. Chapter 5, which was fittingly titled "Return of The Mandalorian" gave us a brief history of the Darksaber and its actual connection to Mandalore. It also set the stage for the reunion between Mando and Grogu aka Baby Yoda who is currently under the care of Luke Skywalker.
It's no secret that viewers have mixed feelings about the Boba Fett-centric series with some fans even calling it boring but Mando's return surely gave the show some much-needed boost. Pedro Pascal also seems to be thrilled to be making his comeback after nearly two years and he made sure he let everyone on social media know about his excitement.
Taking to Twitter, the flagbearer of the MandoVerse shared his short but sweet reaction to Din's return. Some people may not have noticed it right away but Pascal made an awesome reference to one of The Phantom Menace's iconic scenes which feature young Anakin Skywalker. The divisive prequel film is somewhat connected to Chapter 5 as it debuted Mando's new ship — a repurposed N-1 Starfighter. Check out his reaction here:

It's still unclear whether or not Pascal appears in the last two episodes of The Book of Boba Fett but don't be surprised if he doesn't. I think it's safe to say that Chapter 5 was only intended to set up Season 3 of The Mandalorian and nothing more. Fennec Shand did offer Mando a spot in Boba's team but judging by his response, it looks like Din has his sights set on seeing Grogu again.
