Superman actor Henry Cavill turns 37 today, May 5th!

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, production for TV shows and films has been halted and people are advised to stay at home. The actor's birthday falls between the quarantine period, and Cavill celebrates his special day with a homemade cake.

Taking to Instagram, Cavill shares a photo of a red velvet cake which the actor seemingly made. He has been sharing homemade meals on his social media accounts as of late as well. Cavill captioned the photo, "Icing-olation," which is obviously wordplay for cake icing and isolation. You can check it out below!

From the comments on his post, aside from greeting him a happy birthday, it is pretty evident that fans miss Cavill. As you may know, the actor stars in the Netflix adaptation of The Witcher. Filming for the show's second season has started before production shutdown, but was halted as well due to the pandemic.

It might take a while before fans see him in action again as Geralt in The Witcher for season two but in the meantime, fans can look forward to his adorable quarantine posts and homemade meals, or maybe rewatch his Superman movies.

The Witcher Season 1 is available to stream on Netflix.
