While Batwoman's latest episode, "If You Believe In Me, I'll Believe In You," fills in the gaps about the show's good and bad guys, it also contains a joke that's seemingly aimed at Marvel Comics' Black Cat.

This article has SPOILERS for Batwoman, "If You Believe In Me, I'll Believe In You."

In the 18th episode of Batwoman's first season, Julia Pennyworth and Sophie look through Tommy Elliot's property, in search of Lucius Fox's stolen journal. The pair then came across some comic covers featuring Kitty Delgado. Kitty seems to be an anti-hero and is popular in the Arrowverse, but she isn't a comic book character in the real world.

Similar to Kitty, Marvel's Black Cat dons platinum white hair and wears a black bodysuit with a plunging neckline. The pair have a good laugh looking at the comics, but Julia also noted the unrealistic proportions of the character's figure. "There's no way a cat burglar is squeezing into those tight spaces with those jubblies," she said with a grin.

While the remark seems to be aimed at the Marvel Comics character given the similarity in appearance, it's likely that it was just a commentary on the industry giving women unrealistic bodies and impractical costumes.

In addition, not only did the episode made a joke at the expense of Black Cat or characters like these in general, but it also poked fun at Batwoman's own costume, particularly the impracticality of having her red wig.
