People already know Natalia Tena as Nymphadora Tonks (don't call her Nymphadora, though) in the Harry Potter films or as Osha from Game of Thrones. However, Tena has just joined yet another major franchise and she's playing yet another memorable character. Tena is officially part of the Star Wars Universe as she was introduced in the latest episode of The Mandalorian.
The following contains spoilers from The Mandalorian Episode 6, proceed with caution!
In Chapter Six: The Prisoner, Mando ends up working with a group of bounty hunters that are planning to get one of their companions out of prison. One of the bounty hunters just happens to be a Twi'lek named Xi'an, who is played by Tena.
It's great to see that Tena has reunited with fellow Game of Thrones star Pedro Pascal although Osha and Oberyn Martell never shared scenes together in the HBO series. Nevertheless, Tena's appearance in The Mandalorian officially makes her the one Harry Potter actor who has crossed over into three wildly successful franchises.
We're loving the idea that Tena is making a name for herself in Star Wars. For now, we're not sure if we'll be seeing more of Xi'an although she luckily survived the sixth episode of The Mandalorian. Nevertheless, it was great to see Tena in action all over again.
Chapter Six: The Prisoner revealed a little bit more about Mando although Baby Yoda barely had any scenes. Hopefully, we'll finally get to learn more about The Child in the last two episodes of the series.
The sixth episode of The Mandalorian is currently streaming on Disney+.
