It's a wrap for Halle Berry, who has been hard at work on the highly anticipated John Wick 3: Parabellum. Not surprisingly, the former X-Men star had great things to say about her working experience on the Keanu Reeves film.
Berry took to Instagram to announce that she has finished working on the sequel. The Academy Award winner made it clear that being an action star once again was an amazing experience for her. Take a look at her post below.
"It's a wrap...CHEERS! A huge thank you to all the beautiful people of Morocco! Thank you for opening your hearts to me and making me feel so at home. #JohnWick3 has been a truly memorable experience! I have so much respect for #KeanuReeves and this franchise, it's been my honor to be a part of it!" Berry wrote.
The former Bond Girl also thanked director Chad Stahelski as well as the stunt team. Berry declared that stuntwoman Heidi Moneymaker "is hands down the BEST stunt woman working in the business today."
Fans were certainly wowed when Berry took on the role of the assassin Sofia in the sequel. Interestingly, Berry confirmed that it took a lot of work to prepare for John Wick 3 now that she is in her 50s. "This film reinforces that AGE is nothing but an insignificant number!" she wrote.
Parabellum will also star Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, Ruby Rose, and Lance Reddick. New cast members include Anjelica Huston and Mark Dacascos.
John Wick 3: Parabellum is scheduled for release on May 17, 2019.
