Ha Ji Won is officially making a comeback to the small screen with an upcoming K-drama Curtain Call.
After appearing in the rom-com tv show Dramaworld 2, the sought-after actress is joining the star-studded cast of KBS2' new series.

According to Newsen, Ha Ji Won confirms her appearance in Curtain Call, also previously called Trees Die on Their Feet.
In her K-drama comeback, the actress will portray the character Park Se Yeon, the youngest daughter, and general manager of Hotel Paradise.
Despite her connection with the owner, she started at the bottom and worked her way up, rising to the highest position.
With her positive attitude and skills, she is loved by many, especially her staff.
However, her life changed after she encountered an unexpected situation involving three mysterious men.
Aside from the 43-year-old beauty, Curtain Call also boasts a roster of A-listers and award-winning stars.
Kang Ha Neul, who confirmed his appearance in February, will take the character of unknown theater actor named Yoo Jae Heon.
With his skill in acting, he pretends to be the grandson of a North Korean woman, Geum Soon, played by Oscar-winner and Minari star Youn Yuh Jung.
Curtain Call will be the veteran actress' next project following the hit Apple TV + series Pachinko with Lee Min Ho and Kim Min Ha.
Interestingly, joining the Curtain Call cast is another talented star Sung Dong Il who will play Jung Sang Cheol, while Jung Hae In, who is courted to play one of the main characters.
If the Snowdrop star accepts the offer, he would act as Bae Dong Jae, the heir to the retail chain owned by the Samwoo chaebol group, which owns a retail chain.

Was Ha Ji Won's Character in Curtain Call Initially Offered to Son Ye Jin?
In February, various media outlets noted that Son Ye Jin alongside Kang Ha Neul, accepted the offer for the upcoming K-drama under KBS2.
Per AllKpop, Curtain Call will be the actress' next series after the melodrama Thirty-Nine and her wedding to Hyun Bin.
She is set to play Ja Geum Soon's granddaughter, who runs the hotel; however, updates revealed that Ha Ji Won officially got the part.
Following the confirmation of Ha Ji Won's new drama, Son Ye Jin's agency or even media outlets haven't revealed why she backed out to play the lead star.
However, the 40-year-old actress is currently enjoying her vacation in the U.S with her husband.
Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin are currently in New York enjoying their honeymoon and might visit Hawaii after their U.S trip.
On the other hand, aside from her news drama, Ha Ji Won is also in talks to join the soon-to-be-released drama film Portrait of a Family with Ryu Seung Ryong and child actress Kim Shi Ah, who also starred in the Netflix sci-fi series The Silent Sea.
