It's been a long time waiting but we finally know when to expect Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The release date and official logo for the highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe sequel have just been revealed.

Marvel Studios has just dropped a new sizzle reel that celebrates the movies. The video mostly features footage from the MCU films that have already been released like Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Amazingly, there's even a glimpse at an Avengers: Endgame screening on opening night where fans were cheering for the climactic battle scene.

That's not the only thing we got to see in the sizzle reel. In addition to awesome new footage from Eternals, the official logo for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has finally been revealed. Amazingly, it also features the sequel's release date.

It might still be a long wait for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 but it's safe to say that the movie will be something to look forward to in 2023. Hopefully, we'll get more updates on the project in the next few weeks.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has gone through some trouble in the past. After all, the project lost James Gunn, putting the sequel on hold. Luckily, Gunn has since been reinstated and is expected to work on the third Guardians film as soon as he finishes production on the Suicide Squad spin-off series Peacemaker.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is currently scheduled for release on May 5, 2023. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
