Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 4 has plenty of exciting storylines for their loyal fans.
In the episode titled With a Little Help from My Friends, Dr. Webber (James Pickens Jr.) will recruit Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Bailey (Chandra Wilson) to help him launch a new program.
The program would have to do with the residents that he and Addison (Kate Walsh) are training.
Webber's goal is to ensure that all the residents trained at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital are the best of the best.
Elsewhere, Addison's patient suffers from a severe complication. And Jo (Camilla Luddington) will help a woman who goes into premature labor.
Even though this is the only information from the official synopsis for Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 4, we can expect other storylines also to be explored in the upcoming installment.
Could Amelia Have A New Love Interest In Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 4?
In Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 3, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) was seemingly charmed by a renowned doctor from Minnesota.
The two have a professional conversation that eventually turns flirty.
At one point, the doctor asked Amelia to close her eyes. And even though she was weirded out by request, Amelia did as she was instructed.
Before the two doctors hung up the phone, the doctor from Minnesota dropped a sweet line that made Amelia blush.
Even though it's still too early to predict what would happen to Amelia and the other doctor, there's a possibility that their special connection will be explored in the upcoming episodes.
The gay storyline is also a welcome addition to Grey's Anatomy Season 18 because it's been years since two female doctors were linked to each other in the medical drama.
Fans have not forgotten Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), even though it's been years since they were last seen in Grey's Anatomy. But it's still about time for a new lesbian couple to take center stage in the series.
How Will Link React To Amelia's New Love Interest?
It's not difficult to predict that Link (Chris Carmack) will eventually find out about Amelia and the other female doctor.
And it's not also hard to predict that he will become upset. After all, Link just told Teddy (Kim Raver) that he's madly in love with Amelia in Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 3.
Unfortunately, it seems that Amelia doesn't feel the same way about him.
Where Is Maggie Pierce?
If you've tuned into Grey's Anatomy Season 18 since it premiered last month, you might have noticed that Maggie (Kelly McCreary) has not been featured in the most recent episodes.
There's not much tea here because McCreary is pregnant, which could be the only reason she has not been seen in two of the three episodes from Grey's Anatomy Season 18 thus far.

Addison, Meredith Could Butt Heads In Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 4
The trailer for Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 4 confirmed that Addison would continue to help the residents and Webber at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
However, she will also seek Amelia's help with her patient, who suffered from a surgery complication.
In Grey's Anatomy Season 18 Episode 3, Addison and Meredith were all about love. After all, this is their first time reuniting after so many years.
The two characters also had the opportunity to talk about their ex, Derek (Patrick Dempsey). And Addison also got to meet Derek and Meredith's two eldest kids and quickly fell in love with them.
However, it's unlikely for Addison and Meredith to always be on good terms.
After all, it's only a matter of time before Meredith realizes that Addison was absent from her life, especially after Derek's died.
In Episode 3, titled Hotter Than Hell, Meredith and Addison also gave fans a glimpse of their friendly competition.
Since they know that they are two of the best doctors in the United States, they could eventually compete.
