Gotham Season 3 Production In High Gear, Set Photos Reveal Gordon And Valerie Vale

Gotham fans will be happy to know that the shooting for the third season is well underway.

The first photos have been released (via Comingsoon), which show guest star Jamie Chung. She will be taking on the role of Valerie Vale. The scene is her encounter with Jim Gordon, played by Ben McKenzie on the streets. Other set photos seem to indicate a heated discussion between the two. Check out the link above to see the gallery of the first set of photos.

Gotham Season 3 will also see the debut of mob scion Mario Falcone, son of big boss man Carmine Falcone. The Good Wife's James Carpinello will take on the role as the black sheep of the mafia family.

In Gotham, the younger Falcone is described to be a well-respected and honest doctor, TV Line reported. But what's more interesting is the role he will play in the romance of Gordon and Lee (Morena Baccarin).

Since the new set shots don't feature Carpinello yet, it's possible that his role may be somewhere later on in the season. But I'm interested in how he will make his debut in the series.

The third season of Gotham will be released on Sept. 19. The cast will introduce guest stars, namely Chung and a new Poison Ivy played by Maggie Geha. The Mad Hatter will also be in Gotham Season 3, though no name has been linked to the role.
