After seeing a potential romance in Good Omens Season 1, fans have been wondering if Aziraphale and Crowley would end up together in Good Omens Season 2.
Throughout Good Omens Season 2, there were hints that Aziraphale and Crowley would get together. Shax tells Aziraphale that sometime in the last 18 or 19 years, she remembers hearing that he and Crowley were an item.
Nina also asks Crowley if he and his “partner” have been together for a long time. And while Crowley denies that he and Aziraphale are a thing, Nina says it certainly looks like there’s something between them.
So, what happened at the end of Good Omens Season 2? Do Crowley and Aziraphale end up together?

Do Aziraphale and Crowley Get Together in Good Omens Season 2?
Aziraphale and Crowley do not end up together in Good Omens Season 2. While Crowley and Aziraphale kiss in the finale, they end up parting ways.
Aziraphale chooses to go back to Heaven and become the next Supreme Archangel, while Crowley chooses to stay on Earth.
Throughout the season, it’s clear that Crowley cares deeply for Aziraphale. Shax even emphasizes to the angel that she’s “a little bemused as to why Crowley should risk destruction for you.”
Through Nina and Maggie, Crowley realizes he’s in love with Aziraphale.
Nina says that Crowley is the “hard bitten one, the can’t trust anyone ever again” while Aziraphale is the “soft one who still believes in magic and people being basically good and all that.”
Maggie emphasizes that Aziraphale and Crowley don’t ever talk to each other because they never say what they’re really thinking.
And just like Maggie and Nina, saying what they’re really thinking is also what Crowley and Aziraphale need.
Unfortunately for Crowley, things don’t end well when he expresses his feelings to Aziraphale. He says that if Gabriel and Beelzebub could off together, then they can too.
Crowley says that they could be together and an “us” – just the two of them, no Heaven or Hell.
But Aziraphale has something different in mind: he wants Crowley to join him in Heaven as he becomes the new Supreme Archangel. While he runs Heaven, Crowley could be his second in command.
Crowley refuses and walks away. Aziraphale goes after him and says that they could be together in Heaven as angels doing good. He also admits that he needs Crowley.
However, Crowley calls him an idiot and says that they “could have been… us.” Crowley then kisses Aziraphale.
This surprises Aziraphale, and he says, “I forgive you.” Crowley responds, “Don’t bother” and leaves. Aziraphale then leaves for Heaven, while Crowley stays on Earth.
Will Crowley and Aziraphale Get Back Together?
In the two seasons of Good Omens, Crowley and Aziraphale always find themselves teaming up. The angel and the demon work together in Season 1 to stop Armageddon. In Season 2, they team up to figure out what’s wrong with the archangel Gabriel.
With Aziraphale and Crowley parting ways at the end of Season 2, it’s unlikely that they would be getting back together anytime soon.
And while Good Omens has not been renewed for a third season yet, we can expect another team-up if another season does come. And maybe then, Crowley and Aziraphale will find ways to make their relationship work.
