Godzilla: King of the Monsters is Now Available for Download in Digital Stores

Godzilla: King of the Monsters ended up being a nice surprise for fans, as long as you're willing to plod through some lame human moments to get to the epic monster battles. Well, those epic monster battles were amazing and, depending on who you ask, are worth sitting through some horrible melodrama with humans who will be killed by these monsters anyway.

So, if you want to fast forward through all the lame human crap, you can now do so since King of the Monsters is now available for digital download. Now's your chance to make memes about your favorite monster moments while also mocking the human element, assuming they're even worth mocking. Seriously, go watch those monster battles, they were worth the price of entry.

Fans hoping to get their hands on the physical version will have to wait until August 27 to get the Blu-ray. This should go nicely with copies of the first Godzilla reboot and Kong: Skull Island, especially with Godzilla vs Kong coming next. Presumably.

While critics didn't dig this movie, let's be honest; this is not a movie made for critical analysis or for people who want in-depth characters. Simply put, it's for those that like seeing monsters suplex each other around giant cityscapes and as someone who loves witnessing creatures unleash wanton destruction, I'll be picking this up in the future.
