Fans are still in major disbelief after Black Widow star Scarlett Johansson filed a lawsuit against Disney for allegedly breaching their contract. If you haven't been keeping up with the news, Scarlett's camp is blaming the company's release strategy for the film that gravely affected its box office numbers. As it stands, there are no major updates regarding the lawsuit but it's safe to assume that Scarlett's working relationship with Disney has been tainted.

We still don't know what Johansson's next career move would be but according to a report we published last week, Scarlett has received an offer from DC to jump ship to the DC Extended Universe. Nothing has been officially confirmed yet but the idea of the actress jumping ship to Marvel's long-standing rival is something that has kept the entire comic book community buzzing.

Following the rumors, DCEU fans expressed their collective desire to see Johansson get cast as Poison Ivy in a live-action Gotham City Sirens project. Digital artist TweegyBlink is apparently a fan of the idea and unveiled his gorgeous fan art depicting the former Black Widow actress as the iconic Batman femme fatale. I gotta say, Scarlett as Pamela Isley is a dream casting I never knew I needed. Check out the awesome artwork here:

Scarlett's Disney lawsuit was already jaw-dropping but could you imagine if she pulled a James Gunn and actually joined the DCEU? It's still a little too early to tell if the rumors are actually true but it almost feels like deja vu for Warner Bros. who jumped the gun of Gunn (no pun intended) in 2018 after he was unceremoniously and temporarily ousted by the House of Mouse. Personally, I'd love to see Johansson do another comic book movie and if her time in the MCU is indeed up, then there's no reason why WB shouldn't pull the trigger.

Black Widow is still streaming via Disney+'s Premier Access
