From being the messiah to recalling her past, Glitch episode 7 starring Jeon Yeo Been and Nana focuses on escaping the religious group and a surprise reunion with a loved one.
The sci-fi K-drama follows the story of Hong Ji Ho (Jeon Yeo Been) who has been seeing unidentified objects since she was little and is set on a mission to find her missing boyfriend Lee Si Guk (Lee Dong Hwi.)
Due to his mysterious disappearance, she thinks that Si Guk went missing after being abducted by aliens.
As she sets on her investigation, Ji Ho meets her childhood friend Heo Bora and begins their quest to find these types of disappearances.
Released on October 7, viewers could watch Glitch through Netflix since the Jeon Yeo Been and Nana-led K-drama is a streaming giant’s original series.
Glitch Episode 7 Recap: Divine Light Church Goes Into Hong Ji Ho’s Mind
The seventh episode starts with the Divine Light Church pastor persuading Hong Ji Ho to cooperate and recall her past to know the whole story.
In one of the scenes, the pastor revealed that Ji Ho being at the church is not a mere accident but she is destined to be where she is.
Moreover, the pastor also pointed out that she began her mission not just because of Lee Si Guk but to find answers.
It can be recalled that Hong Ji Ho saw things that ordinary people couldn't. One thing is seeing aliens and signals about extraterrestrial activities.
The pastor said that Hong Ji Ho was not hallucinating but she can see it with her own eyes.
Due to the revelation, Ji Ho reflected on her past and how society, including her father, sees her as different from normal people.
The Divine Light Church began experimenting on Hong Ji Ho to get information regarding her past which is considered essential in their religion.

Heo Bora Attempts to Rescue Hong Ji Ho
Leaving her behind at the psychiatric facility, Heo Bora was so desperate to find Ji Ho and almost took it out on Seo Hwa Jeong, one of the elders in the church.
She managed to trigger Director Kim by pointing out that he wasted time and effort by not doing anything.
Due to her desperation, Heo Bora and Director Kim made a deal that he would help her find Ji Ho.
Lo and behold, he managed to use Seo Hwa Jeong’s power in their group and was able to see Ji Ho’s whereabouts.
Director Kim staged a hostage where he became the victim of Ji Ho so they could escape the facility.
Unfortunately, church member Kim Young Gi shot Ji Ho’s escape car which ended the duo hiding in the woods.
One of the unexpected scenes in Glitch episode 7 is the reunion of Director Kim and his daughter, who happens to be Kim Young Gi.
As for Hong Ji Ho, she tells Heo Bora that she needed to go somewhere first, referring to her psychologist, who knows everything about her hallucinations.
Ji Ho went under hypnosis and asked the psychologist to help her revive her memory of her childhood.
However, Ji Ho got stuck in her memory and shared that she is being tortured by the church.
