Meet the Cast and Where to Watch Glitch Kdrama?
The 10-part episode series follows the story of Hong Ji Ho, played by Jeon Yeo Been, who is on a journey to find her missing boyfriend’s whereabouts.
While on her search, she gets reunited with a long-lost friend, Heo Bora, portrayed by Nana, who is a YouTube streamer and a believer of UFOs and extraterrestrial sightings.
With Hong Ji Ho believing that her boyfriend was abducted by aliens, she teams up with Bora to find the missing pieces.
Glitch, which had its global release on October 7, exclusively airs via Netflix.
Glitch Episode 5 Recap
From a cult-like group to the Holy Mother, Hong Ji Ho and Heo Bora unexpectedly uncovered the secrets behind the religious group.
Glitch episode 5 began with a brief background of Ji Ho’s obsession with the first UFO sightings involving a woman named Baek Yoon Sun.
In a flashback, Ji Ho was reading an article clip telling Bora that Baek Yoon Sun, an art student, claimed to have been abducted by aliens and had a chip implanted on her head to help communicate with them.
Unfortunately, after the interview, she disappeared, leaving no traces of her absence.
The incident sparked interest in Ji Ho saying that she wants to see the aliens with her own eyes.

Finding Director Kim
Fast forward to the present time where Bora found out the identity of the man from the divine light church.
After Bora storms into an ongoing yoga class, she questioned the man and was stunned to hear that he was Director Kim who lost his daughter after a bizarre incident involving aliens.
With this, she and Ji Ho talk to him about the reason for joining the group, to which he reveals that he is investigating if the church is connected to his daughter’s disappearance.
After being disappointed with his answers, Ji Ho stole a hard drive from Director Kim Jik Jin which she believes contains facts that will lead them to Lee Si Guk’s whereabouts.
Lo and behold, she found a photo that contains sketches of various objects including the place where she saw the mysterious symbol.
Wanting to know more about it, they sneaked into the property manager’s home and saw an old woman. However, what struck them the most is a room filled with sketches, and saw the exact sketch from Director Kim’s hard drive.
After leaving the area, Bora stole a photo album containing a photo fo a familiar woman. Director Kim revealed that the Holy Mother was at the property manager's house.
The duo was surprised to hear that the old woman was the church’s Holy Mother as Bora recalled that she was Baek Yoon Sun.
In the last scene, the property manager entered her house and was surprised to see the old woman’s hand dirty.
In the room, she was stunned to see a sketch calling the person “the messiah.” However, the sketch featured Hong Ji Ho’s face. Is she the messiah that the group was waiting for?
