Things are not looking good for Marilyn Manson. Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco is now suing the shock rocker, claiming that she was raped and sexually battered by the musician. In addition to that, Bianco claims that she was tricked into coming to the US to film a music video that was never released.
Bianco was one of the women who came forward back in February. Earlier this year, the Game of Thrones actress revealed that the rocker, whose real name is Brian Warner, abused her during their relationship in 2011. However, Bianco has added new claims in the new legal filing, which is the first legal action against Warner since the allegations surfaced.
Rolling Stone shares details from the lawsuit. "Mr Warner used drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sexual acts from Ms Bianco on multiple occasions," the lawsuit reads. "Mr Warner raped Ms Bianco in or around May 2011."
One of the concerning details listed in the lawsuit reveals that Warner "committed sexual acts" with Bianco even when she was unconscious or unable to consent. Moreover, it explains how she was sexually battered by the musician.
"These acts include spanking, biting, cutting, and whipping Ms Bianco's buttocks, breasts, and genitals for Mr Warner's sexual gratification — all without the consent of Plaintiff," the lawsuit reads.
Most of Bianco's claims are fairly similar to what Evan Rachel Wood has shared about her experience when she was in a relationship with Warner. The Westworld star has claimed that Warner would rape her whenever she was unconscious.
Bianco's complaint, which was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, lists Warner, his former manager Tony Ciulla, and Ciulla's management company as defendants. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
