Game of Thrones Actor Roy Dotrice Who Also Voiced The Show's Audiobooks Has Died

British actor Roy Dotrice, who played Wisdom Hallyne the pyromancer in Game of Thrones, has died at age 22, EW reports.

Dotrice's Game of Thrones was brief, but he also provided the voice for George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire audiobooks, and he currently holds the Guiness World record for the most characters voiced by a single actor in an audio book — 223 in the epic's first novel's audiobook, A Game of Thrones, which is 33 hours long. According to reports, Dotrice was originally cast as Master Pycelle but because of health issues, he had to back out. Julian Glover ultimately got that role.

He's also known for playing Leopold in the Oscar-winning 1984 film Amadeus. Dotrice also won a Tony in 2000 for a revival ofA Moon for the Misbegotten.

The seventh and final season of Game of Thrones is expected to premiere in late 2018 or 2019.
