Gal Gadot Says Diana Keeps The Team Together In Justice League

Wonder Woman's (Gal Gadot) power is going to be of great use to The Justice League when the team battles against Steppenwolf and his parademons in the DC Extended Universe installment, but it seems like Diana's going to be more than just a fighter and a demi-goddess.

Speaking with DC All Access, Gadot tells fans that aside from being a superhero in Justice League, Diana is going to be the glue that keeps everyone together in the DCEU's merry band of heroes.

"For me, it was important that she be the glue of the team," the Wonder Woman star explained. "I think that one of the special and beautiful things about Diana is that she cares for people in the most sincere way. So in her scenes, I made sure that she would make every one of them feel stronger, loved and capable. The story in Justice League is far bigger than Diana; it's about the entire League."

Diana might be a lethal fighter, but the demi-goddess is also a hero flowing with compassion and concern for others.

"I think the only difference is that they have to work together," Gadot said. "It's like a dance. One of them should set up the hit and then another should deliver it at the perfect time. I think that fighting alongside the team puts more stress on Diana because she doesn't want anything to happen to any of them."

Guess Diana's going to have a lot to handle when the team faces Steppenwolf in Justice League. It's going to be a tough fight, and we're sure that'll give Diana a lot to stress about.

Justice League makes its big debut on November 17, 2017.
