The new announcement will likely tie into anything related to Fullmetal Alchemist, so it could be a new spinoff, video game, or merchandise. Of course, fans are hoping for a sequel or feature film, and given its huge fanbase, it would surely be huge news to the anime community if Studio Bones or another animation studio decides to revive Fullmetal Alchemist, which is one of my top 5 personal favorite anime shows of all time.
