First Trailer for Tom Holland's Cherry Teased by The Russo Brothers

It's no secret that Tom Holland is a busy man with several projects lined up in the future. In addition to the still-untitled Spider-Man 3, the Avengers: Endgame actor is set to appear in the Uncharted film. But before all that, we may finally get to see Holland in action in the trailer for Cherry, which has just been teased by the Russo Brothers.

AGBO Films recently shared a throwback video showing Holland with Spider-Man: Far From Home co-stars Zendaya and Jake Batalon where the three are joking about Holland robbing a bank in his new film. The video then switches to the promo image of Holland from Cherry along with the caption, "Not the Cherry trailer, but @tomholland2013 has been scheming for a while." The video has since been reposted by the Russo Brothers' official Instagram account with the caption, "Likely story... @tomholland2013."

So what exactly does this mean? Could the trailer for Cherry finally get released soon? For now, Joe and Anthony Russo have not yet made an official announcement but it wouldn't be a surprise if the trailer is dropped before the end of the month.

Cherry is an adaptation of the book by Nico Walker which follows an Army medic suffering from PTSD who becomes addicted to opioids. To finance his addiction, he begins robbing banks.

Interestingly, Cherry has not yet been given an official release date. However, that could change by the end of August. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
