First Official Elseworlds Photo Features First Full Looks at Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin as Flash and Green Arrow

The upcoming Elseworlds crossover that will take place in Arrow, Flash, and Supergirl this December has a lot of fans interested, thanks to black suit Superman and the debut of Ruby Rose's Batwoman. What really got fans talking was the poster that had Grant Gustin in the Green Arrow garb and Stephen Amell wearing a Flash costume, showing that the CW is going all in on this crossover.

Ever the social media mogul, Amell has posted our first full looks at himself as the Flash and Gustin as Green Arrow. To say the two switching places is jarring is an understatement since both actors have been associated with their roles for so long but that's probably why this event is so intriguing.

Seeing these two in their new identities is going to take getting used too but since this is going to be a crossover, we probably won't be seeing these two done each other's costume outside of this event. It should make for a fun contrast and interesting characterization but outside of that, don't expect too much from these, though it will be neat seeing Grant Gustin act tough.

The image also gives us a glimpse at Superman and Supergirl, who look relatively normal for the most part. We know that Superman will be wearing his black suit sooner or later but it seems like he'll have his default outfit at the start, which isn't a bad thing. Why he'll be wearing a black suit for the crossover is currently a mystery.

Elseworlds will be debuting in the CW this December.
