The First Look at Loki's Disney+ Series Confirms Something Big

Fans who have been waiting for updates on the upcoming Loki series on Disney+ are in for a treat. The first look at the highly anticipated Marvel show has just been revealed and it confirms that the God of Mischief will be traveling in time.

Back in April, Disney held a special investors meeting that revealed several awesome plans for its upcoming franchises. Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige was on hand to present a few concept arts, which includes the first look at the Loki series. Check it out below.

It is still unclear whether the text will be the show's official logo just yet but it certainly seems to be a great fit. In addition to that, the concept art seems to show Loki during a very particular time in the past. We're not sure where he is, but the God of Mischief might have just enjoyed a 1975 screening of Steven Spielberg's Jaws.

We're certainly loving the idea that Loki was already walking among us in the previous decades. After all, it could explain why Loki didn't seem to like Earth that much when he decided he should rule the world in the first Avengers movie. Perhaps we'll see just why he developed a distaste for humans in the series.

If you're worried that the image doesn't seem to show Tom Hiddleston as the God of Mischief, you can rest assured that this is just concept art. Hopefully, we'll get a better look at the Avengers: Endgame star when the first promo photos from the Loki series are released.

The Loki series has not yet been given an official premiere date. Nevertheless, it is expected to begin production and air on Disney+ soon.
