First Images from Netflix's The Haunting of Bly Manor Tease More Ghosts and Creepy Children

It has been a while since we got any updates on the follow-up to The Haunting of Hill House. Luckily, the second season of the Netflix anthology horror series is almost ready for its premiere and we have the first images from the upcoming sequel. Not surprisingly, we're getting more ghosts and creepy children in The Haunting of Bly Manor.

The first photos from Bly Manor were shared on the show's official Twitter account and it offers a glimpse at returning actors Victoria Pedretti, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, and Henry Thomas. Check it out below.

Are those kids alright? There's a good chance they aren't, especially if they're living in a house with ghosts that are constantly pining for each other. Either way, it should make for a different approach to the whole haunted house story from the first season.

The Haunting of Bly Manor is an adaptation of the Henry James novella The Turn of the Screw which follows a governess who takes care of two young children who may or may not be haunted by ghosts in their family country house. Like Hill House, it offers a modern spin on the tale and introduces new characters.

In addition to Pedretti, Jackson-Cohen, and Thomas, Kate Siegel will return in the second season. They will be joined by T'Nia Miller, Catherine Parker, Rahul Kohli,
Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Amelie Smith, and Amelia Eve.

The Haunting of Bly Manor has not yet been given an official release date. However, it is already expected to premiere on Netflix this fall.
