One of the most critically-acclaimed entries in the Star Wars saga will be returning for its epic conclusion with twelve all-new episodes on Disney+ beginning Friday, February 21.

From Dave Filoni, director and executive producer of "The Mandalorian," the new Clone Wars episodes will continue the storylines introduced in the original series, exploring the events leading up to Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.

The series is set to return for 12 more episodes, but unlike the usual streaming service drop which gives us the whole season in one day, Disney+ will likely release these episodes once a week—just like they did with The Mandalorian.

If anything, this season is likely to close all loose ends for the show, building up to the storyline of Revenge of the Sith. Heck, we even have Anakin and Obi-Wan sporting their looks from that movie. Besides those two characters, we could probably see Maul starting the Crimson Dawn Syndicate, then maybe update us on where Ahsoka begins in Star Wars Rebels. Fingers crossed we actually get an episode that takes place during Revenge of the Sith, so we can see how the other characters dealt with the Purge.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars returns for one more season on Disney+ on Feb. 21.
