Every Depressing Detail From The Avengers 4 Trailer, Movie Title Revealed

It took a long time but we finally got our glimpse at the first trailer for Avengers 4 and it is grim as hell. Granted, the Infinity War trailer was grim too but this is set directly after that and no one here is happy. This is actually pretty fitting since a happy-go-lucky trailer would have put all of the drama from the last film in the backburner so this was the best way to go.

We also got the name for Avengers 4 and it is exactly what a number of people guess. No, it's not Annihilation. Believe it or not, even though it was profusely denied at one point, the film's name is indeed Avengers: Endgame. I guess lying is the best answer sometimes.

There is a lot to unfold in this gloriously dark trailer for, what appears to be, the final mission of this team. Tony Stark is stuck in space on Star-Lord's Milano with no way home, Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanov are still reeling from The Decimation, aka The Snap, and have confirmed that over 50% of the universe's population is gone. Hawkeye is pissed off and looks to be in his Ronin persona.

As for Thanos the finger snapper? He set up his armor like a scarecrow and is just chilling in his farm with a severely damaged arm. He is pretty happy with his actions, so seeing the Mad Titan chilling shouldn't be a surprise to fans.

Underneath all this sadness and depression is a little bit of hope; Scott Lang appears in the end, somehow managing to escape from the Quantum Realm. Ant-Man will save us all.

Avengers: Endgame is now showing on April 2019. So much for May 3.
