Eternals Star Kits Harrington Shows Disappointment on Post-Credits Leak

The leak of the post-credits scene of Eternals spread like wildfire last week after a reporter shared it online wherein it is an extremely important casting reveal which was supposed to surprise many as post-credits scenes should be, but since it has already been revealed, the hype does not feel the same. Huge spoiler alert, but yes, the arrival of the brother of Thanos into the MCU has been spoiled.

Kit Harrington, being in a franchise for almost a decade with Game of Thrones as Jon Snow, is no stranger to spoilers. He jumps into the MCU landing the role of Dane Whitman who later becomes Black Knight.

Harrington, in a chat with The Playlist, expressed his disappointment on the leak of the post-credits scene, “I honestly didn’t know it had. I’ve lived in a world where spoilers happen for a long time. I realize they can happen. It’s just disappointing that people do it. Let people go to the cinema and experience it when they pay for their ticket and do it that way, rather than spreading it online where they might not realize they’re coming across stuff.”

That scene could have surprised anyone especially that being an important character in the future of the MCU. Also, with the person cast as Eros, the internet instantly went wild as he belongs to Hollywood A-listers with a big fan base.

The executives of Disney are pleading fans and the press that while they are excited on what they have watched, spoilers are unwanted as it ruins the intentions of the movie as it is. So far, only such has been released online. Still, with such a major casting kept a secret for so long revealed just like that, the disappointment of Harrington is entirely understandable.
