Erasmus Brosdau is the director of Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance.
He is an Unreal Engine 5 artist. The Unreal Engine is a tool that enables game developers and creators to bring real-time 3D content and experiences to life.
Touted as āthe worldās most open and advanced real-time 3D creation tool," Unreal Engine 5 played a key role in the animation of Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance.
Coming back to Brosdau, he is known for his work in Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, Rise: Son of Rome & Crisis series, and a game titled Star Citizen.
Brosdauās X account bio reads that he is the CEO and founder of Black Amber Digital, which is a German media company.
The official website of Black Amber Digital reveals that the company specializes in making concept art, 3D production, direction, and cinematic creation.
Brosdau and his company Black Amber Digital have worked on the art direction and concept art of Altered Carbon: Resleeved; storyboard, trailer concept, and final cinematic rendering of the Death Stranding PC case.
He and his team have also worked as CG supervisors for the opening scene of Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness.
The company has also rendered its services to Bandai Namcoās Kamen Rider: Saber for CG supervision and 3D production.
Apart from the above-mentioned projects, Brosdau and the team at Black Amber Digital have showcased their in-house IP creations titled Zenobia: The Dreamworld, and Origin Zero: Episode 01.
What Is the Plot of Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance?
The animation series Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance unfolds on the European Front during the One Year War, a conflict showcased in the initial Gundam series ā Mobile Suit Gundam.
This new series explores familiar themes of conflict and love present in the previous titles of Gundam, delving into the human drama through the intense encounters of pilots operating humanoid weapons known as Mobile Suits.
Sunrise and SAFEHOUSE are handling animation duties for the upcoming series.
The Japanese staff of Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance includes Kimitoshi Yamane (Cowboy Bebop) for mechanical design, Naohiro Ogata (Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury) as executive producer, and Hiroaki Yura (Under the Dog) as producer.
Meanwhile, the English counterparts have Brosdau for direction, Gavin Hignight (Tekken: Bloodline) is credited for handling scripts and executive production, and Wilbert Roget II is composing the music.
