Jackson started his Last Call: One More for the Road tour in June 2022 and wrapped it up in May 2025. At the time, he teased that he was “planning on doing a big finale show in Nashville next summer”—and that day will finally soon come.

The grand event will take place at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium on June 27, 2026.

"It's been a long road... and it’s taken me places I never imagined," the 66-year-old music artist told People. "But I can’t think of a better place to put on a big show and give the fans a finale than in Nashville, and include so many special friends."

Truly, his final bow will be something special, featuring performances from other A-list country stars like Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, and Riley Green.

Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and Lee Ann Womack will also join the lineup—and that’s not all. Several more names have yet to be announced.

So, why Nashville? "We just felt like we had to end it all where it started for me, and that’s in Nashville — Music City — where country music lives," he explained.

Registration for pre-sales runs from October 8 to 13 at www.AlanJacksonLastCall.com. Pre-sales will begin on October 15 at 11 a.m. ET. General public ticket sales will start on October 17, which happens to be Jackson himself’s birthday, also at 11 a.m.

A dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to the CMT Research Foundation, which funds research to find a cure for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.

Jackson was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease in 2011. According to the Mayo Clinic, it’s a degenerative nerve disorder that causes nerve damage in the arms and legs.

However, it wasn’t until 2021 that the “Livin’ on Love” hitmaker revealed his diagnosis, saying he had already been dealing with the disease for a decade by that point.

Jackson didn’t want anyone to think he was drunk on stage when they noticed his problems with mobility and balance.

“I have this neuropathy, a neurological disease I inherited from my daddy,” he said. “I've been reluctant to talk about this publicly, but it's been a while, and it's starting to affect my performance on stage a little bit, where I don't feel comfortable.”

The neotraditional country singer wanted people to understand why he appeared the way he did and not be seen as “some whiny celebrity.”

“It's not going to kill me, it's not deadly… It's not fatal — it's just going to disable me eventually," he continued.

So far, there’s no known cure for CMT disease, though therapy can help manage its symptoms.
